Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.
On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Please use the proper return address and credit information and ship the item to JewelsbyRossi LLC, 4800 S Chicago Beach Dr. Suite 812N, Chicago, IL. 60615. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of your return.
Credit Card Use
- American Express
Credit Cards: The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Debit Cards: Payment is deducted from your account at the time your card is approved. A receipt is included with each order.
Order Status & History
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) ship*, to the email address you provided when ordering. * Excluding items shipped from vendor.
Registered customers, sign-in to access web order status and history.
Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via email or online chat, or by calling 1-314-266-9651. Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
You may cancel any JewelsbyRossi order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled.
REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. Sign-in to your account then select "View Web Order History," click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.
